      • in 13.06.2010, we spoke with the Hotel, and they will wait you with a car, at your arrival in Cluj Napoca airport at 15.45, with your name printed on a white paper; 1 TAXI from CLUJ (Airport) to BISTRITA; The transport from airport to Hotel Paradis, is made by a car from the Hotel Paradis – the driver will have a paper with your names on it! (price included in the accomodation)

      • the taxi that we arrange to Bistrita could be payed in euro or lei, but you will receive the invoice in lei. The money exchange is possible to be made at the bank Monday (you cand ask in cluj at the hotel).
    • 14.-19.6., Bistrita, hotel Coroana de Aur – must be payed in lei, and it is not possible to pay from abroad. ***85 Euro/night

    • 19.6. a trip and in the afternoon all partners will go to Cluj; it will be a microbus with that we go on the trip, and after that to Cluj

Dear partners,

I come back with the final logistical details. Attached you will find the table regarding the accomodation, arrival and departure of partners at the meeting from June, Romania, according the informations we received by mail from all partners.

TRAVEL: From Cluj to Bistrita On the table you have the column with travel. All partners will come by taxi from Cluj, and will be awaited at the date and hour written in table from the taxi driver, which will have a sheet with the project name and the partners name. Estimated cost/taxi/transport Cluj Bistrita: 62-65 Euro (250 lei) (the amount will be divided at the number of organisations – each organisation will receive bill and invoice). From Bistrita to Cluj According the meeting agenda, on 19 th june we will try to make a trip together in our region by a hireable microbus (for the final decision we await an answer from Janice!). At the end of the trip we thought to travel direct to Cluj Napoca to Hotel Paradis. We will inform you in due time about the final programme.

ACCOMODATION The reservation at the hotels in Bistrita and Cluj, were already made, we will update them with the last information from Janice. (See on the attached table the number of nights in Bistrita/Cluj). The reservation in Bistrita was made at Hotel Coroana de Aur - http://www.hotel-coroana-de-aur.ro/index.php?lang=english. The accomodation reservation in Cluj - Hotel Paradis are: Site http://www.paradis.ro/new/pricelist.php?lng=en&idx=4, We mention that the room rates are: Triple room – 85 euro Single standard room – 65 euro All rates are per room per night and include breakfast, VAT, local tax and transfer from/to the airport.
