Název projektu: EU WOMEN

Projekt financován v rámci Lifelong Learning Programme, Leonardo da Vinci, Transfer of Innovation, 2008.

Doba trvání projektu: 2008 - 2010

Rozpočet projektu: 367.987,-- EUR

Cíle projektu

  • Vytvořit inovativní výukový material na míru pro ženy, které chtějí podnikat
  • Vytvořit flexibilní online studijní program adaptovaný na životní styl účastnic
  • Zaměřit se na potřeby žen stojících před konkrétními výzvami (např. těch s nízkou kvalifikací, sociálně-ekonomicky vyloučených, žen pečujících o rodinu)
  • Pomáhat účastnicím v celé Evropě zvyšovat jejich dovednosti v podnikání a podporovat jejich osobní růst
  • Přenášet znalosti a inovace spolu s příklady dobré praxe mezi partnerskými zeměmi
  • Motivovat ženy k objevení možnosti „vlastního zaměstnávání“, jako něčeho, co je reálné, životaschopné a dosažitelné

Aktivity

V každé partnerské zemi byly vybrány vzorové příklady žen podnikatelek – jejich příběhy budou použity v průběhu celého programu. Pilotní testování programu proběhne v Bulharsku, Itálii a Rumunsku. Na základě vyhodnocení těchto pilotních kurzů budou finální materiály upraveny a doplněny.

Anotace projektu

Projekt se zabývá možnostmi založení a vedení vlastního podnikání (businessu) pro ženy v rámci celé Evropy. Cílem je transferovat inovativní metodiku školení a výuky pro ženy z hlediska geografického a sociálně-ekonomického, umožnit ženám vzdělávání pomocí elearningu a připravit je tak pro vlastní podnikání.

Výstupem projektu bude analýza potřeb potenciálních podnikatelek v partnerských zemích, srovnávací analýza a výměna dobré praxe na poli podpory žen-podnikatelek, interview s ženami-podnikatelkami,testování výsledků školení a výuky na trhu.

EU Women Program byl vytvořen s cílem zvýšit počet žen uvažujících o založení vlastního podnikání prostřednictvím výukového programu vypracovaného „na míru“ a přístupného online.

Projekt EU WOMEN je spolufinancován Evropskou komisí v rámci LLP Programu Leonardo da Vinci. Spolupracují na něm partneři z Bulharska, České republiky, Itálie, Lotyšska, Portugalska, Rumunska, Španělska a Velké Británie.

I will proceed to the hotel booking as soon as I will know how many persons will arrive. Hotel with brakefast should be no more than 60 Euros.

Concerning the flights, you can choose the following airports that are near by our town: - Cluj Napoca airport - Targu Mures airport.

The distance is an average of 120 Km for each. There is not a bus shuttle frm the airports, even if there are some busses comming from Cluj and Targu Mures to Bistrita so, we prefere to have you all, on the same airport, in order to arrange the transportation. In this respect I kindly ask you to discuss with us before booking your flights.

Concerning the date of 19th we are thinking about a short trip to Molavian Monastries,very nice area, or to historical region of Maramures with the funny cemetery and wooden churches. If you agree you might have your departure on sunday, 20.

Both Cluj Napoca and Targu Mures are at the same distance from Bistrita. As I allready tod you all, we have to decide about one airport- and we prefere Cluj napoca, for all of you to coordinate the transportation from and to airport for all of you. I have no answer from other partners concerning the day of Sunday 20th

Results of the Pilot Tests – Should the 3 test centres present on the pilot tests or should AUB just present the feedback report? – I think it will be better that the three test centers present shortly how the pilot testing has been conducted, specifics at their pilot courses, etc. AUBG will prepare and present a summary, based on the feedback received from the focus groups, but I think it will be important if we add more detail on how the participants reacted, how they came to those answers, i.e. the three test countries describe what results have been achieved through the pilot course, as this will be important for the next bullet point.

? Dissemination Activity to date / Promotion Plan ahead of Final Conference including website development (PBAC) – we can bring with us and exchange some of the promotional materials produced, what do you think?

we need to evaluate actual spend against budgets and if appropriate seek to transfer money between different headings

  • Sean 17. 3.:
? If any partner wishes to reallocate ANY money from one budget heading to another you MUST get my approval first (no matter how small the reallocation you are requesting) – I will have to inform the National Agency of all requests.
? If the requested movement represents more than 10% of the money allocated under that budget heading an Agreement Amendment will have to be completed and accepted by the National Agency in advance
Very little money has been claimed as ‘Other Costs’ by any of the partners – when we receive all the up-to-date claims for expenses & staff time and had time to compare actual spend with budgets then we will be able to look at the potential for reallocating budget from one heading to another.

thank you for your prompt answer but we still do not know if we can transfer money from any headings to STAFF? That is now the most important question for us. We understand we have to ask you first but is it generally possible?

All products & results should be available in partner languages at the final report stage

The 6 results as per the Application are:

  • Result 1 – Training Modules (these are being translated into all National Languages)
  • Result 2 – Project Website (www.euwomen.org is available in the different languages)
  • Result 3 – Brochure (has been prepared in different languages, all partners must print)
  • Result 4 – Needs Analysis Report – English only
  • Result 5 – Final Conference – English & Czech only
  • Result 6 – E Learning Platform – is being translated into partner languages
