NOTE: Visitors from abroad have hotel rooms reserved automatically.
Rooms reservation
- For participants who will note interest in hotel reservation at application there will accommodation provided according their demands. Each room has its own sanitary facility. The number of rooms is limited, therefore the date of application will be deciding to get the 1 bed room. In case, participants will not note their demand for accommodation, he/she can be accommodated with other participant in 2 beds room.
Price of Accommodation
- The price is set up for participants of the conferences for amount of 880,- Kč (Czech crown)/person/night including breakfast and entry to pool and fitness. Accommodation is paid by participants directly in hotel.
Boarding
- Breakfast is included in the price room (buffet).
- Lunch is to be ordered from a special menu when arriving to the hotel and IS PAID BY PARTICIPANTS TOGETHER WITH ACCOMMODATION at the hotel reception.
- Dinner on Wednesday 11.11. (Conference Sunflower 2009) and Thursday (Conference SMM 2009) 12.11. is included in the conference fee.
- Dinner on Tuesday 10.11. or Friday 13.11. are to be ordered by the participants and paid by them at the hotel reception.

Technical arrangements
We will provide with notebook, data projector and internet.
Notebook provides Microsoft Windows XP, also MS Office 2007 a Java.

- We will make effort to enable the access of the conference and its materials.
- Thank you in advance that you will provide us with your needs through the application form or individually at the latest till the end of SEPTEMBER. We will try our best to fit your requires.
